British men also invest more in a relationship and are more emotional
I think you can say the same about gay guys
this just in from the globe weekly tabloid of july 29, 2003:.
it's not just stars like gwyneth paltrow, madonna, gillian anderson, liv tyler, and gwen stefani--british guys are many american gals' cup of tea.. "british men are more articulate, mature, and sophisticated," says cary cooper, a university of manchester (england) psychologist, who isn't entirely biased since he was born in hollywood and has citizenship of both the u.s. and the u.k. he adds that british men are better listeners and pay more attention to their women, while u.s. men are too juvenile.. "british men also invest more in a relationship and are more emotional," cooper says.. "american men are good at talking about emotion, but really that's all it is, talk.".
speaking of talk, might those sexy accents have something to do with it?.

has anyone seen the news about jessica lynch's book (which isn't even written yet).
on the news last night the father of one of lynch's company of soldiers was on tv stating that since his son was part of her experience that she should share the profits from her book.
his son was killed in that battle in iraq.
GPS doesn't need the roads to run due N/S or E/W ... it tells you exactly where you are (well, to within 10ft or so) and which direction you should be going (assuming you know where you are supposed to be going).
My dad has a gps. It works fine out in the open and is very accurate. But next to rocks or in a huge sandstorm it will get lots of interference and then the gps ends up guessing which direction you are going. Even a bad rainstorm will mess it up.
...a memorial to the victims or thriving business offices?.
would building offices show a disrespect for the victims or would it be a good idea in the sense that it shows the usa are picking up where they left off and not being deterred by the terrorists?.
brummie
It has to be a commercial building. That's probably the most expensive real estate in the country.
And yes guys, bigger is better.
i've really been struggling over the past few months.
when craig and i got married, i didn't invite my dad to my wedding.
six weeks later he takes his life.
I know a little about guilt and you have no reason to feel any guilt at all. This honestly was out of your control. I know you felt some resentment towards your dad and it seems that he earned it. So he made his own bed. You aren't responsible.
Whenever some sad thoughts come to mind over this I suggest working hard to think of some happy times. There has to be some happy times.
while i was in the 'truth' i and a few of my peers were curious about the effects of certain drugs.
as a teenager during the rave scene of the late 80's early 90's many of the 'worldly' kids were doing ecstasy, smoking weed and becoming heavily involved in the drugs scene.. when i left the 'truth', this curiosity got the better of me and i started smoking weed and eventually tried ecstasy, speed and lsd.. while all drugs can be abused (and i have abused some) i am of the opinion that the use of drugs can be a good experience, if used moderately.. i was wondering whether others have experienced drugs since leaving the truth, i am interested to find out what opinions people have on them good or bad.. i also wondered whether people feel that cannabis should be legalised.
my opinion is that people in power shouldn't tell me what i can and can't do with my own body.
Well I didn't wait to leave the borg to try pot. But I didn't smoke it very long. Smoking anything clogs up the nose so it's hard to look cool while hacking and fighting all that snot.
I'll drink a beer or a wine cooler or two on the weekends but that's it. I have friends that are into drugs and they are barely hanging on in school while all I need to do is just do the work to get good grades. I guess I don't want or need them.

I know they won't do it but I'd love to see even bigger buildings. I like the idea of something commenerate those who died but something bigger would be wonderful.

"It was like a Hollywood film. They cried, 'Go, go, go', with guns and blanks and the sound of explosions.
Simon if you believe sources that say they had blanks then you'll believe anything. Soldiers never carry blanks, come on now.

us anti-abortionist faces execution
the first man to face the death penalty in the united states for killing a doctor who performed abortions is to be executed on wednesday.
paul hill, 49, is due to die by lethal injection in northern florida, following his conviction of the murder of two people outside an abortion clinic in 1994. .
Out in the real world where you are arguing something like abortion with friends or coworkers I wonder if the people here are capable of stating their case without name calling or general pissyness.???
I am anti abortion. Most of my friends favor abortion. We have remained friends and have discussed this dozens of times without a single insult. Plus we are silly naive young kids mostly.
so i have big problems with our school's online learning software..it basically sucks real bad and this semester has been terrible.
all my docs for my class disappeared when they "upgraded the system...it is a mess.
we couldn't even access it until the very first day of class, which coincided with the sobig virus calamity..very irritating and hard for me to get any continuity going on.
Maybe more pissed than spoiled.
I'm new here but hopefully one day I'll attain the status of spoiled brat. Or any other spoiled "B" word that comes to mind.
